What makes ART to URBAN ART?  When is LAND also ART? Why we want to make ART transparent? With this year's theme TRANSPARENCY, BAZAAR IN WHITE (BIW) wants to inspire their public space with new common ideas, forms and intersection of arts. The event will include creative workshops, poetry workshop, documentary screening, food and deserts, and most of all, art installations presented by a group of galleries and artists.
