One star Michelin Chef Marc Strebel and his partner, Restaurant Manager Caroline Arlettaz of La Maison du Village brings their take on innovative modern Swiss-French cuisine to TRB Forbidden City from October 19th to 21st.

Chef Strebel trained at the iconic Le Montreux Palace before bringing his own culinary vision to life with the launch of La Maison du Village in 2012 with partner Caroline Arlettaz.. Located in the quaint wine village of Sauges and housed in one of the most historic buildings, La Maison du Village offers its guests an unparalleled view of Lake Neuchâteland the Swiss Alps while they dine.
This October, TRB Forbidden City presents the dynamic creators of La Maison du Village to Beijing for a week long kitchen takeover. From October 19-21st TRB Forbidden City will be serving guests Chef Strebel's 4-course lunch menu and 5-course dinner menu with optional wine pairing every day.
