Join Taozi Tree Yoga for an introduction to mindfulness with Erin Lee, the cofounder of The Mind Body Project. Learn the basics of neuroscience and contemplative practice as they relate to self care, creativity, motivation and human connection. We will practice the basics of breath work, movement, intention setting and mindful communication. Please wear comfortable clothing.
