Yoga is a practice that continues long after we’ve left the mat and is a gem that can be carried with us for the rest of our lives. Learning to be in tune with our body and minds is something that we are never taught, yet it is essential to a life worth living. Take the opportunity to spend some quality time connecting with your breath and body. The vinyasa yoga sessions focus mainly on slow flows and pranayama (breathing techniques) that allow you the time needed to experience the magic of your breath and help you cultivate the continual practice of balance.
