Greek Gastronomy is available for buffet dinners and Sunday brunch starting from 13 to 18 April 2018. Helmed by Guest Chef Panagiotis Sotiropoulos from Greece, diners can expect popular dishes such as Kagianas (Local Greek Traditional Omelette), Bouyiourdi (Baked Feta with Tomatoes), Bougatsa (Greek Custard Pie with Phyllo) and Kourabiedes (Greek Butter Cookies).

Bringing a complete Greek experience, there will also be musicians and dancers to entertain diners daily with traditional performances on a wide range of instruments such as the violin and lute, while talented dancers will perform Greek folk dances such as Kalamatianos, Syrtos and Syrtaki.
