Starting from 19 January until 26 January, the team of chefs at Kerry’s Kitchen has put together a delightful a la carte menu for both dinner and lunch. 

Diners can expect fresh seafood and meats, bold flavours and sweet treats for that complete Aussie experience. Imported ingredients such as Whole Barramundi, Fresh Tasmanian Oysters, Freshwater Crayfish, Australian Grass-Fed Angus Beef, Australian Milk-Fed Lamb and Australian King Scallops will be available. For desserts, the iconic favourites such as Tim Tams, Lamingtons and Pavlova are also offered on the menu.
