For the special Halloween menu, Tavola’s talented team of chefs have worked the humble pumpkin into a wide variety of forms, each maintaining Tavola’s Italian DNA. No Italian menu is complete without pasta, so the chefs have created a special pasta dish with pumpkin, enoki mushrooms, and crunchy biscuit crumbs. If meat is more to your taste, try the fillet of beef with a lightly sweet pumpkin and marsala zabaglione.
