A month ago, the sisters of 64 Fangjia Hutong - Ramo and Mimi e Coco - threw a party for the soul that saw a great turn-up of music (and food) hungry Beijingers.
With the DJs Jay 1,2 and Cad73 behind the decks, many swung to the rhythms of soul, funk and disco throughout the night and with over 100 portions of our special soul menu sold, none were left hungry.
To keep the momentum going, we’ve decided to turn the Soul Party into a string of events and so you can now mark your calendar for Soul Party vol. 2, taking place on Saturday, March 18th.
The format will be the same - you will be able to line your stomach with special Soul Menu items the whole day at Ramo (and Mimi e Coco, too) and dance to the tunes span by DJs Cad73 and Jay 1,2 at Mimi e Coco, starting at 4pm.
Food-wise, expect more Southern specialties like meatloaf and friend chicken, both available with classic sides.
