Is Alex From Tokyo actually from Tokyo? Born in Paris and currently based in NYC, somewhere in between Alex managed to sneak in 20 years of life and music in the Japanese capital. You make the call. Tokyo or not, Alex is undoubtedly one of the world’s best underground DJs and has been an important musical link between Europe, Japan and the USA. As a producer, his main output has been through the collaborative project Tokyo Black Star, with releases on labels like Innervisions and his own imprint, World Famous. A truly unique artist, Migas is excited to have Alex From Tokyo over to Beijing to help kick off the 2017 rooftop season!
