Innovative Educators of Beijing is happy to announce that all job seekers and schools can find an easier platform for connection at Connect the Dots Job Fair (click the link to RSVP). The fair will be held at Canadian International School Beijing (CISB) on March 12 from 1pm to 4pm and is free to attend for both schools and candidates.

The premise of “connecting the dots” is to save time for schools and job seekers. Schools select the type of jobs they are hiring for, seekers identify their dot classification, then the search and connection happens easily with a visual check of each school table. Schools and seekers both benefit since everyone is Beijing based, though a school group can identify if jobs outside of Beijing are available.

We suggest that job seekers come to the fair enthusiastic, dressed to impress with multiple CVs ready to pass into the hands of recruiters right after a hardy handshake. Don’t forget to add a picture to that CV so with a great impression successfully made, the recruiter won’t forget who you are when looking just at text the next day.

With so many professional avenues available for working in schools, and with so many great benefits, we would be surprised if you didn’t show up on Sunday, March 12 at CISB.
