The National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra performs a programme which includes a violin concerto by Bach, Chen Qigang’s ‘Luanbang,’ a celebration of the life of his dead child, and Prokofiev’s ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ conducted by master Zhang Yi, one of the greatest interpreters of Prokofiev.
