The Rug’s holiday menu is released, RMB 799 (for two people) will get you two appetizers among Ostre d’argent No. 3, and Bone-marrow on fire; two choices from three among beetroot meatball soup, organic chestnut soup, and pumpkin popcorn soup; two choices among scallop berry salad, grilled squid salad, and kingfish ceviche; and the chicken and duck duo as a shared main dish; and two options from matcha sponge cake, chocolate fondant, and classic tiramisu, as well as hot drinks, such as Americano, or Earl Grey tea.
RMB 1199 (for two people) will get you a luxury Rougie duck foie gras cones, and a choice between the marine mussel stew with French white wine or an Italian mussel stew with basil and tomato, two mains including grilled T-bone, grilled Boston lobster with herbs, and stir fried noodles with mussel sauce; and two choices among red velvet yogurt cake, chocolate mousse, and chestnut pink Mont Blanc.
