Make your breath work for you during this three date series at Lotus Room. The first session looks at Breath Basics, giving you two hours to learn techniques to keep you calm and cool in stressful situations. The second session, Extreme Breath, gives you breathing techniques for adventure sports. During the last session, Mindfulness for Entrepreneurs,, co-founders Erin Henshaw and Brittany Dunn offer the ultimate mind body experience, helping you analyze self-talk, healthy habits, stress response and other factors to become a healthier you.
