Nine years ago this autumn, Mosto was created. With Chef Daniel’s culinary skills and Alex Molina’s creative flare, Mosto has been grilling juicy steaks and decanting fine-wines for a year short of a decade, and we believe that needs to be celebrated. And celebrated well.
And so, as a special gift to Mosto, we gave her a little freshening up with a lick of graffiti, funky furniture, and a sexy new menu. And a present to us for supporting her, she’s holding a party, a Divine party.
~ THE FRESH NEW LOOK ~
This summer, Mosto’s very own Alex Molina and Chef Daniel went back to their hood in Colombia, to spend a little time with their families and get back to their roots, and, well, spend some time in some of the top South American restaurants. And with that, they returned to the Jing with their mind bursting with inspiration, which has led to Mosto’s fresh new look…
Out with the white napkins, and in with the graffiti clad walls; Mosto has now become not only a place to get the best South American steak in town, but also the late night cocktail sipping spot for every night of the week.
With the creative design studio CoromotoAD, we gave Mosto's interior a color lift, and the new dose of Colombian inspo gave the menu a new-fangled appearance, as well as bringing an extensive list of Latin American events for you and your crew to get your teeth stuck into.
