New beats, new menu - the Georg will be launching our newly updated brunch starting this Easter weekend (every Saturday and Sunday starting April 15th).
Designed to be as delectable as it is indulgent, our brunch begins with a playful mix of shared spreads including a basket full of freshly baked breads, pastries and dips alongside charcuterie, smoked cheese, rougié duck pate, and gruyere terrine.
Committed to serving fresh, quality produce, this multi-course brunch menu is designed for you to sit back and relax. Following all the shared treats is 3-courses starting with our take on the omelette with marinated salmon, asparagus and fresh cheese. Next up is the main wagyu beef course with tete de moiné, mushrooms and red currant. Dessert is in two parts with a sweet taste of chocolate before we give you a generous portion of rød grød med fløde, a taste of Danish summer with mixed berries, butter crumble and ice cream.
With an industrial yet homey decor and an atrium filled with plenty of sunshine and greens, the Georg’s Living Room space serves as the perfect backdrop for a casual and charming brunch.
