MEAT EATERS get involved on Thursday 17th November and ease those meat cravings at Mosto’s first ever Argentinean pop-up.
***Get ready for a night of all you can meat and one bottle of wine per person!***
When you think of Argentinian cuisine, what comes to mind? If you’re thinking meat, meat with a side of meat, then you’d be spot on. The reason for this; back in 1536, Spanish conquistadors came over to Argentina to find precious metals, when they upped and left, they left behind cattle. The Argentines let the cows breed and breed, and, we guess, the rest is history…
Overtime, Argentinean cow connoisseurs have refined the way they breed, feed and carve their cows, which has given us the classic, succulent slabs of meat such as ojo de bife (rib eye), bife angosto (sirloin), cuadril (rump) and lomo (fillet). For years now, these cuts of beef have been the key feature in true Argentine culture; gather the family and cook up a hefty amount of the finest cuts of beef on an open fire barbeque. Known as an asado, which means barbeque in Spanish, this long standing tradition is coming to Mosto for one night and one night only.
We’re combining Chef Dani’s and Chef Juan’s South American flares with an Argentinean inspiration to provide you with a traditional Argentinian family evening; expect to see an unimaginable amount of meat, from all the different parts of the cow, and the finest full-bodied wines; We’re talking both quality and quantity.
***Booking is required, so be sure to buy your tickets from Mosto or Moka Bros ASAP. Your personal asado will be 498rmb per head, which includes a bottle of wine per person.***
