Party in the city where the heat is on: To celebrate the opening of sister hotel East Miami, East Hotel Beijingis throwing down with help from Mosto and award-winning bartender Douglas Williams. There'll be leche de tigre ceviche, mini Cuban sandwiches, broiled lemon margaritas, red pisco sours, and something called the Miami Bitch. It's rum-based, apparently.
