The countdown to 2017 commences at Jing with a celebratory seven-course dinner menu, including a glass of Champagne. Inspired by restaurant’s Farm-to-Table gastronomic concept, Chef Alberto creates an inventive menu featuring Brittany Blue Lobster with truffled vegetables, as well as a signature rice dish with squid ink, roasted octopus, sea urchin and togarashi spice. A mouthwatering Champagne Mousse served with berry gelée and chocolate cream brings the dining year to a sweet climax. After dinner, guests can share a joyful New Year toast at midnight in The Lobby and enjoy live jazz and dancing until 1am.
