Avenue Q is an American musical divided into two parts, and makes use of puppets. It is an "autobiographical and biographical" coming-of-age parable addressing the issues of adulthood. As children they were assured they could ‘do anything’; but as adults, they have discovered that in the real world their options are limited and they are not ,special’.
