After the closure of One Pot (former Ssam) at Sanlitun Soho, Korean chef Andrew Ahn brings his creative modern Korean cuisines to Hopson One. The menu focuses on classic Korean cuisines such as kim bap (Korean seaweed roll), jjigae (kimchi stew), naengmyeon (Korean cold noodles, and jajangmyeon (Korean-style soy paste noodles), jeon (Korean-style pancake), as well as some creative dishes, including quinoa & shrimp salad, Maru special garden salad, Maru special grilled pork entrails (RMB 78).
