This swank Gongti Chinese restaurant goes all out on decor - the dining halls are attached to a vast indoor courtyard containing a three-story wine cabinet, elaborate cast-iron chandeliers, and leather chairs bobbing in a sea of cushy velvet. The food is nouveau-Chinese (with a generous helping of Western influence, particularly in the presentation - i.e. square plates and "fusion-y" portions), with selections ranging from braised ginger chicken and salmon steak to lamb chops and eggplant teppanyaki.
