This upscale European restaurant and lounge is located in the heart of the capital just east of the Forbidden City, one of the few venues of its kind in this area. The interior seats 60 and is dominated by "earth tones" and "natural materials" with intimate spaces for quiet conversation as well as private rooms accommodating four to twelve guests; while the second-floor lounge features custom made furniture, handcrafted cocktails and single malt whiskeys set to an ambient electronica soundtrack. Beijing restaurant veteran Dan Segall was called in to design the menu, which features "artisan French favorites" made from seasonal ingredients – i.e. potted pork confit, ‘Domus’ poached lobster salad with foie gras croutons, Provençale fish stew with rouille, duck leg confit and mustard sauce and ‘Bouillabaisse’ (for two).
