Swissôtel Launches New Swiss Vitality Breakfast
Whether or not you’ve had the opportunity to visit the Alpine nation of Switzerland, you’ll undoubtedly be familiar with images of its pristine, snowy mountains, meadows, and streams with wooden cabins nestled in between. Thanks to Swissôtel, you can experience your own little slice of the Swiss lifestyle just in time for the holiday season!

Swiss Vitality Breakfast
One such example of Swissôtel’s excellent hospitality is their reinvented Swiss Vitality Breakfast, which has been exclusively created for its China hotels. Echoing the Chinese philosophy that “morning is the best time of the day”, it’s a buffet-style breakfast and offers guests from all over the world the opportunity to enjoy a truly authentic Swiss dining experience.
The number one must-try dish has to be Rösti. A healthier Swiss alternative to hash browns, this classic sees shredded potato shallow fried until it’s perfectly golden and crispy. They’re buttery, soft on the inside, and will just melt in your mouth.
Another traditional dish to watch out for is the Swiss Mincemeat with Pasta, or Ghackets mit Hörnli, as it’s known in Switzerland. Consisting of a macaroni-type pasta topped with mincemeat sauce and a sprinkling of cheese it’s served with a side of apple sauce to balance out the flavor of the meat.
For those who are looking for a super healthy and warming breakfast, you can’t go wrong with the Swiss Oatmeal. Other more health-focused dishes include Crunchy Swiss Müesli, Vitality Smoothie Bowl, and Salad & Vitality Bowl.
Lastly, no Swissôtel Vitality Breakfast would be complete without Zopf Bread, made from 3,4, or 5 strands plaited together to form a beautiful and unique shape it has become a Swiss symbol recognized the world over.

Ideal for a staycation, Swissôtel Beijing is conveniently located just west of Sanlitun and just south of Dongzhimen. The hotel features 467 contemporary designed 30-square-meter to 165-square-meter guest rooms and suites as well as a Fitness Center.
