Jing-A Sanyuanqiao grand opening

Easily the biggest, booziness news this weekend in the grand opening of Jing-A's latest spot in Sanyuanqiao's Phoenix Galleria, and boy are they making it count. The festivities kick off nice and early at 9.30am on Saturday with a detox-retox yoga session courtesy of Taozi Tree Yoga. RMB 80 entry Includes a 60-minute fitness class, a drink, and 12 percent off the lunch menu. By the time that's done, the doors will be open to the public at 11am, kicking off an all-day happy hour with RMB 10 off all beers and cocktails. If you have little ones, there are also two sessions of Jing-A's pint-sized party at 11-11.40am and noon-12.40pm. See the full details, how to reserve, and more via this post. Big sake discounts at Superfly

On Friday night, Superfly keeps things exciting (and simple) with their weekly 50-percent-off all sakes deal. The fun starts at 5pm and goes till close, giving you a springboard for the weekend that's as easy as saying "kanpai!"

New beers at Beersmith

Over at Beersmith, they're really embracing the warm weather with two new beer offering's that scream "thirst-quenching." The first, Blood Orange Creamsicle Hazy Pale (5 percent ABV, pictured above), is brewed using blood orange and citrus hops for a refreshing sweet-tart combo. The second is their Peach Hard Iced Tea (4.1 percent ABV), brewed using peach, pomelo, Yunnan black tea, and citrus for an easy sipper tailored to long afternoons in the sun.

The Ravages listening party and beer release at Great Leap

Finally, we end with something a little different this week courtesy of Beijing rockers The Ravages' new tape release. They'll set up shop at Great Leap #6 this Saturday from 2-6pm for a live solo set from frontman Nathan B. followed by a listening party of the band's new release. GLB has also paired with the band especially for the occasion to craft their very own The Ravages IPA, which will be on tap throughout. Entry costs RMB 100, which includes a cassette and two beers from a choice of pilsner, pale ale, and the new IPA — a steal!
