HeyBurger Open Second Venue in 798 Just in Time for the Beijing Burger Festival
In the run-up to our 2019 Beijing Burger Festival on Jun 22-23, we take a very up close and dribble-inducing look at some of the vendors vying for your cash and limited stomach space this year. Be warned, you may want to keep some tissues handy.
It's likely that you have never heard of local burger maker HeyBurger given that until recently their only outlet was stationed in Tongzhou. However, that looks to change now that they've just opened their second branch directly south of 798.
Like their original venue, HeyBurger dabble in no-fuss fast food, including creative items like their signature Niubility Beef Burger and Spicy Fry Burger, both of which will make an appearance at this weekend's Burger Festival.
For each, the imported grain-fed Australian beef is seasoned ahead of time to allow the flavors to fill each bite. Then, to prepare the burger the bun and patties are griddled and special onions in HeyBurger's in-house secret sauce are spooned on top of the towering creation.
Let's take a closer look at exactly what you can expect come this weekend's Burger Festival...
