Mosto’s dinner series Taste of South America continues on Thu, May 9 with a taste of Peru. Dine on a five-course Peruvian menu by Mosto's chefs Daniel and Richard accompanied by free-flow beer and wine for RMB 480 per person. The menu includes dishes like Peruvian-style ceviche, Josper-grilled beef tenderloin, and a delightful suspiro limeno (thick caramel custard topped with meringue) for dessert. Pachapapi spring daily deals
Sticking with the Peruvian theme, Pachapapi have a bunch of new daily deals (from 6pm) for spring, including BOGOF Peruvian Cholo (Peruvian-European/African) dishes on Monday, BOGOF sushi on Tuesday, a free wine, Corona or Hoegaarden with the order of a ceviche on Wednesday, and half off Chifa (Peruvian-Chinese) dishes on Sundays. Tap your own beer at Paulaner Brauhaus
On Wed, May 8, learn how to tap your own beer on a tour around Paulaner Brauhaus' on-site brewery. You'll get to taste a range of their brews while you gorge yourself on free-flow beer and a buffet of homemade snacks and German cold cuts, all for RMB 238 per person. The event runs monthly – the next falls on Jun 5.
Weekend lunch unlimited hot pot at Red Bowl
Hot pot may not be the first thing you think of when it comes to brunch but Red Bowl could just change your mind with their weekend lunchtime unlimited hot pot deal. For RMB 198 per person, you can enjoy homemade soup stocks, premium meat and seafood, seasonal vegetables, tofu, and dumplings, alongside a selection of appetizers and desserts. Available Saturday and Sunday, 11.30am-2.30pm.
Hatchery at Village Café pop-up launch, May 10
This Friday, May 10, head over to Village Café at the Opposite House for the opening of Hatchery's new pop-up. Starting from 5pm, enjoy 10 percent off food, house wine, or Asahi beer for RMB 35, and a live DJ. The Hatchery team have put together a menu featuring highlights from all past Hatchery pop-ups, available from 5pm every evening, including Mighty Mo's mussels, Buena Onda's ceviche, and burgers and snacks from Common Burger (we're so glad they've brought the mac 'n' cheese croquettes back).
