Naduve & Graz
Numerous corners of the globe will converge at Zhao Dai this weekend as Israeli DJ Naduve and Vietnam-based, Australian-born DJ Graz grace the Liangmahe club's booth. The sets are being put on by veteran Beijing promoter Bye Bye Disco – read about founder Pei Pei Sun's experiences in the capital's nightlife scene here. Price TBA. Doors open at 10pm. Zhao Dai

Tales of the Desert
DJs Kimo Elasly, Leslie Jaycee, Hamoudeh, and Pancake Lee make up the lineup for this desert-hot party. Kimo, a veteran of Beijing's nightlife scene, broke through in 2009 with his Kontact parties before founding his new series, Tales of the Desert, in 2017, meant to evoke the gritty, heatwave sizzle of his Arabic heritage. Free. 10pm. Aurora

Pan Ouroboros Album Release Tour
Why should Beijing and Shanghai get all the nightlife love? Yes, northeastern Chinese hub Harbin is by no means known as a cosmopolitan, trendsetting city. And yet DJ Pan diligently plies his trade there, recently releasing Ouroboros, an album whose heavy synths evoke the nightlife mecca of Berlin, not the chill of Dongbei. Head to Lantern this Saturday to see him spins tracks off that new album. RMB 50. Doors open at 10.30pm. Lantern
