EAT: Annie's Antipasteria Anniversary Party, Kerry's New Al Fresco BBQ, Migas Sunday Spritz and BBQ

What could be a better party than an Italian food party? An al fresco Italian food party with wine, of course, which is exactly what Annie's Antipasteria is giving us this Friday, May 5 to celebrate the one-year anniversary on the opening of their first Antipasteria location in Sunshine 100 on Guanghua Lu.

Since the opening of this Annie's Antipasteria location (which is essentially a more refined spin-off of Annie's) they've also opened up similar branches in The Place and Riviera, adding to their already extensive chain across town. The party at their Guanghua Lu location will include free flow wine, food (think rustic Italian appetizers, cheeses, cold cuts, and more), and a lot of fun. Entry is RMB 180, and the party kicks off at 6.30pm.

In other al fresco news, Kerry Hotel is hosting a new weekly BBQ on the terrace. Take advantage of the cool breeze and starry nights and enjoy their outdoor BBQ dinner buffet featuring prime beef, lamb racks, lobsters, and oysters.

The food is accompanied by Savor Latino Band with enchanting tunes for a night of dancing and mingling, every Friday from 5.30pm onwards. The BBQ will set you back RMB 488 per person, and you can choose to add another RMB 250 for free-flow house wine, mojitos, caipirinhas, beer, juices, and soft drinks.

For even more al fresco-ing (yes, we're turning it into a verb), head to Migas' rooftop every Sunday from 2pm for sunshine, snacks, and an iced bright orange beverage: an Aperol spritz. Our favorite Spaniards' take on the Italian aperitivi, you can't go wrong with two-for-one spritzes at RMB 70.

On the food side, Migas will also be hosting a rooftop barbecue party, starting at 2pm and going until 6pm, for late brunchers, throughout all of May.
