Breaking: Hatchery at Tuanjiehu to Close Aug 15, Join Their Closing Party This Saturday

Sad news for the Beijing foodie community – Hatchery, as we know it, will be closing its doors on Monday, August 15. To celebrate the end of their first six months in business, there will be a closing party on Saturday, August 13, which kicks off at midday and will go till late. 

We say their first six months because luckily, the concept of Hatchery's incubation project will continue, whether it be in the form of collaboration with fledgling F&B businesses or as another space dedicated to allowing those projects to get a head start and prosper. Their catering services will also continue.

Saturday's party will involve discounts from these aforementioned Hatchery hits from across all food concepts (of which there were many), as well as free Pie-licious pizza (Hatchery's latest food concept), drink specials, and of course some great tunes.

“We’re excited to move forward onto new and exciting projects and want to thank our community of diners, entrepreneurs, collaborators, and suppliers for their support during our first six months. Hopefully we see all the familiar faces back for one last bash!” said Ben Mankarious, Hatchery’s platform director.
