Brasserie FLO: Crepes Suzette flames au Grand Marnier (RMB 88)

Capital M: Pavlova (RMB 98)
Winner of Outstanding Dessert in the Beijinger 2015 Restaurant Awards, Capital M has served their signature pavlova for over 20 years. Sitting atop the perfect light-but-filling meringue  crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside  is a mound of cream and fresh fruit. We can see why this one has been a staple for so long.
