The Beijing Flea Market with Thrift and The Bookworm this Saturday, Sep 19
As part of The Bookworm's 10th anniversary, this Saturday, Thrift will turn the rooftop into a flea market sporting a huge selection of secondhand clothes, shoes, jewelry, bags, accessories, vintage items, and handmade items by local designers. Many items for sale are RMB 100 and below, as with previous sessions of the flea market, allowing for guilt-free shopping.
Some of the vendors include Mountains of Imagination, Vixen, Q Apartment, Liuba Draws, The Clear Quarterly, ULee, Living Project x Nepal, and more.
You definitely won't go hungry on the rooftop – some of Beijing's most popular bites will be there too, including Rager Pie, Big Bear Baked Goods, Reshma Khan's Indian Culinary Classics, Smash a Cup Tea, and Miss Muesli.
The market will get started at 12pm, and stay open until 7pm, so there is no rush as you've got most of the day to browse the goods from the 25+ different vendors.
