Journey by Juma Pop Up at Four Seasons Beijing

Following on from their successful Wuhao pop-up shop earlier this year, the latest temporary collection to grace the lobby of the Four Seasons Beijing comes from New York-based label Juma Studio.

The focus of the Four Seasons pop-up shop is the Journey by Juma collection, inspired by the label's brother-and-sister duo Jamil and Alia Juma's wealth of travel experiences across four continents. This might be a photo of a mosque roof in Turkey, or a hand-drawn African tribal print. These influences are tangible without being obvious and the vivid prints are a breath of fresh air in what has so far been a dreary autumn/winter season in Beijing.

The collection includes clutch bags (RMB 680-780), socks (RMB 90), scarves in both pure silk and silk-wool mix (RMB 1,560), and cushions (RMB 725). Juma have also designed uniforms for the staff in the Opus Lounge and Four Seasons Spa, and cushions in their signature prints are scattered around the lobby, giving the whole place a more homey feel.

Find Journey by Juma in the lobby of the Four Seasons Beijing until November 26. The label has also established a permanent outpost in the Four Seasons' Spa, located on the sixth floor of the hotel.
