Take Five: Get Fit in Beijing

With all the gyms in this city, you'd think you'd have an easy fix for getting in shape this summer. The problem usually arises when you have to actually go to one. If you're anything like us and stubbornly sit in front of your computer all day looking at photos of gyms (doing the occasional back stretch or two of course, we're not that immobile), then you might need that little extra push. Okay, shove.

We've found some alternatives in Beijing that just might get you moving - and we're not talking about treadmills here. Leave those for cute corgis and get outdoors.
