New Issue Out: TBJ July 2009

If you’re reading this, you must not have seen the latest issue of the Beijinger. But that’s understandable. It just came out today. And you can come celebrate that fact with us at our monthly issue launch party – where you can also pick up a copy of the magazine, hot off the presses. The fun kicks off tonight at Touch in the Westin Chaoyang.

What time is it? Summer. That means vacation. What’s that you say? You’re not in school anymore. You’re 45 and married with kids? No. You’re a twenty-something English teacher. Wait, you’re 32 and do some kind of PR.

Well, none of that matters. There was once a time when you were a kid, right? And you remember that feeling on the last day before the end of the school year, on the edge of your seat, chest pressed heavily against your desk, watching the clock wind down, following the second hand tick up towards the “12” …
