Fat-ness Expands in China

Our prayers for quality fast food burgers have finally been heard. Fatburger, frequented by Hollywood stars such as Queen Latifah and David Letterman, is coming to Beijing in April, according to a Fatburger press release.

Why is it so good? Well, contrary to its name, Fatburgers are made with 100% fresh lean beef so it's not as fattening compared to other burgers made with various cow parts. The Beijing branch, set to open in the Solana Shopping Center across from Lucky Street, will also offer turkey burgers, veggie burgers and their famous hand scooped milkshakes. At least, we hope.

According to the press release, Fatburger, established in Los Angeles, 1952, with now over 90 locations throughout the U.S., is looking to expand to approximately 25 locations across China by the end of 2010.
